Every month, the Customer Care – Customer Service Center of LFS will call / text to remind and guide the Customer to renew the Vehicle Material Insurance Policy when the insurance validity is about to expire for 1 month. Delayed renewal of insurance policy will affect LFS’s eligibility to renew the “Mortgage Receipt” and issue a “Copy Certified Vehicle Registration” to the Customer.
