To increase sales at Valued Dealers and support customers, Toyota Financial Services Vietnam (TFSVN) implement the campaign “TAT TOAN NHE NHANG – RUOC NGAN QUA TANG” for those customers who have early termination of 50/50 loan during the campaign period from 15th November 2022 to end of 31st December 2022.
- Campaign details:
- Time: from 15th November 2022 to end of 31st December 2022.
- Target: All customers have the 50/50 loan of TFSVN and have early termination of 50/50 loan during the campaign period time.
(Applied to customer who conduct early termination or principal reduction at least 15 days before loan contract expiration date)
- Vouchers: Eligible customers will receive the Service Voucher issued by TFSVN.
- Delivery: TFSVN will send vouchers directly to the customer via post.
- Voucher information:
- Expiry date: Vouchers will be validated in 6 months from the effective date.
- Customers can use the Service Voucher (included VAT) to deduct from the cost of following services at Dealers, including periodic maintenance, general repair, body and paint repair, car beautifying service, purchasing the spare part, authentic accessories, etc. within the scope of services provided by Dealers, applied nationwide.
- The voucher is divided into coupons and customers can use one or all coupons at once. The voucher is non-refundable or transferred to cash.
- TFSVN will pay the service fee to Valued Dealers based on the valued of Service Vouchers (included VAT) which customers used at Dealers.
- Communication:
- TFSVN will announce the campaign on several media channels: Website, Facebook, Zalo, SMS.
- TFSVN is looking forward to your support to guide customer using Vouchers to contribute to increase sales for Valued Dealers.
